Australian Rates

Australia Post quotes to our site for Australia & New Zealand and all countries but those in Europe and currently Ukraine & Russia.
All of our orders over $100 are sent with signature required & tracking provided.
All orders placed before 10am are dispatched Tuesday or Thursday unless the order contains ordered by demand products or pre-orders.
Express Postage option only applies to postage - this option doesn't speed up the process of your order and you MUST be within the Australia Post Express Post Network - Check the link below for coverage areas.
If your order contains Pre-order or Order By Demand Products and you select the Express Post option at checkout it will be delivered via Express Post - This option doesn't speed up the process of getting the goods to us from our suppliers.
If you elect for your parcel to be "left in a safe place" you take full responsibility for the item/s included in your order and if deemed that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address as stated on your order it is a matter for the police as it is now classified as Parcel Theft.

If you decide to cancel your order you will be charged a 10% cancelation/restocking fee. This cancelation fee does not apply to our Put It On Laybuy Agreement whereas the buyer will lose the full deposit paid upon cancelation of the buyers agreement with the seller. In the case of the buyer canceling the agreement with the seller there will be no cancelation fee unless there is a breach in the agreement with the buyer.

Fantasy Art Trading is happy to refund/exchange/credit products purchased from fantasy-art-trading.com.au as per the terms and conditions.

STRICTLY no refunds on Change Of Mind on orders.

In-store Purchase/s:

Fantasy Art Trading is happy to refund/ exchange/ credit products purchased from Fantasy Art Trading within if they comply with the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

Fantasy Art Trading is NOT responsible for any CUSTOMS DUTIES charged to collect your items (Customers are entirely responsible for ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES).
Fantasy Art Trading WILL NOT send out items until we get notified by Australia Post that the goods dispatched to your address is being sent back to us (Refusal of acceptance of goods when delivery attempt is made results in your items being sent back to us).
All purchases made online must be refunded/ exchanged/ credited via customer service online only. Online purchases can be refunded in-store and will ONLY be refunded by the payment for purchase.
proof of purchase must be able to be shown to process a return
products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached or in perfect condition if asking for return (Fantasy Art Trading reserves the right to refuse a product if Fantasy Art Trading deems the product conditions are not met)

for an exchange product the sender must post back the product at their own expense within the 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for a refund/credit.

For faulty items Fantasy Art Trading is happy to refund/ exchange/ credit please refer to the terms and conditions:

Fantasy Art Trading reserves the right to select the way a refund will be processed in regards to exchange/store credit/refunds
If you are asking for a refund for non-delivery you will be required to lodge an enquiry with the postal service of which it has been delivered through, if you are unaware of who we chose to send through please refer to your order/tracking. Enquiries can take between 14-28 business days to process at which time once it has ended we will take action. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AN ENQUIRY HAS ENDED. You must also put us down as a contact person so that we can be notified of the outcome.

It is within Fantasy Art Trading's discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. A faulty product must be returned within 7 days of purchase. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them. Fantasy Art Trading does not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear.

Please note: Fantasy Art Trading reserves the right to refuse any stock for a refund/ store credit/ exchange if they do not deem the item to be fit for return.
